Our Business

Service Pro Maritime provides the shipping community with ship agency, and marine services for Vessel Attendance and Husbandry to all kinds of ships. ServicePro Maritime has grown to become one of the leading ship agencies and is one of the most recognized shipping agents in Lebanon. We operate out of our own offices or via a proven sub-agency and suppliers’ network throughout all Lebanese ports.
Being the successors of two generations in the industry, we carry a legacy and bring over 40 years of learning and experience in the marine industry in Lebanon. We are active and dynamic, always open to new ideas, partnership and people.
The heart and soul of our company are our people. We have a passionate team with a proven track record and focused on making things happen. Our operations team have the authority, ability and deep operational knowledge to fulfil customer's requirements, and backed with the highest level of transparency and integrity.
Our services are designed around the needs of our customers and include ship agency, protective agency, crew logistics, husbandry, and fully outsourced solutions managed through our network of partners and suppliers.

Corporate Governance

At ServicePRO Maritime, we confirm conducting business up to the highest standards legally and ethically. All employees, third party service providers, and independent consultants whether they work for ServicePRO on full or part time basis, and any individual who acquire ownership in the company are expected to comply with the principles set out in our established “Code of Conduct and Business Ethics” and not conflict any of the guidelines mentioned therein.

As a company, we strive to do the right thing. Our success depends on our reputation and performance. Being the successors of two generations in the industry, this Code of Conduct reflects our commitment to our values which has been carried over for more than fifty years. It also describes what we believe is the best way of doing business not just what is required to be done under the law.  
The Code of Conduct offers direction for our choices and expert conduct towards customers, partners, providers and competitors. It contains significant and restricting guidelines for the following fields:
